Scammers can send emails that look exactly like they came from your company — a fake invoice, or a request to pay into a “new” bank account. I set up the protection that tells Gmail, Outlook and other email services to reject those fakes, then lock down your website and domain while I’m at it.

I started by helping shops in Onitsha get online. A lot of good businesses here were invisible on the internet — real customers, real products, and nothing to show when somebody searched their name.
That work grew. Today CharlesTech builds websites, mobile apps and web platforms for businesses across Nigeria and abroad, including the UAE, the USA and the UK. The approach hasn’t changed: understand the business first, build something that earns trust, and stay reachable after launch.
I’m not an agency, and I’m not trying to become one. There are no account managers and no junior handoffs. Staying small is what lets me care about your project.

How much does a website cost?
Every project is quoted after a short WhatsApp chat, because a five-page business site and an online store are different jobs. You pay 20% to start, and the remaining 80% only after you have seen the finished work and approved it.
What does “see it before you pay” mean?
You pay a 20% deposit to start. I then build the project and send you a working live link to test on your own phone. Changes are made until you are happy, and only then do you pay the 80% balance and go live.
How do I pay?
Clients in Nigeria pay by bank transfer. Clients abroad can pay internationally — ask on WhatsApp and I’ll send the details. Either way it’s the same split: 20% to start, 80% after you approve.
Timeline & process
How long does it take to build a website?
Most business websites are ready for you to review on a live link within 1 to 3 working days of receiving your details. Mobile apps and web apps take longer, and the timeline is agreed with you before work starts.
What do I need to provide?
Your business name and logo, what you sell or offer, your contact details, and photos if you have them. If you don’t have photos, I use professional photography that fits your business. If there’s a website you like the look of, send that too.
Can I ask for changes?
Yes. While you’re testing the live link, I make changes until you’re happy — that’s the whole point of seeing it first.
Do you work with clients outside Nigeria?
Yes. I work with businesses in Nigeria and abroad, including the UAE, the USA and the UK. Everything is handled on WhatsApp and email, and international payments are accepted.
Do you build mobile apps too?
Yes — Android and iOS from one build. Apps take longer than websites, so the timeline and quote are agreed after we’ve talked through the features you need.
Domain, Google & after launch
Do you handle the domain and hosting?
Yes. I can register your web address (for example yourbusiness.com or .com.ng), set up the hosting and connect everything, so you don’t have to deal with the technical side.
Will my website show up on Google?
Every site is built with the page titles, descriptions, sitemap and business information Google reads, and is submitted to Google Search Console at launch. Google usually takes a few days to a few weeks to show a new site. A Google Business Profile, which puts you on Google Maps, can be set up as well.
Can you redesign my existing website?
Yes. Send the address of your current site for a free website check first. You’ll get a short list of what is costing you customers, and a redesign keeps your web address so you don’t lose your place on Google.
What happens after launch?
I stay reachable on WhatsApp. If something needs fixing or updating, message me. Ongoing updates and maintenance can be arranged — ask and I’ll explain the options.

What is email spoofing, and does my business need protection?
Spoofing is when a scammer sends an email that looks like it came from your company — often a fake invoice, or a request to pay into a “new” bank account. If your business uses an email address on its own domain, a few settings called SPF, DKIM and DMARC tell Gmail, Outlook and other services to reject those fakes. I set them up and test them.
Is my website secure?
Every site I build has the HTTPS padlock and security headers switched on. For businesses that want more, the cybersecurity service adds Cloudflare protection, domain lock-down and email anti-spoofing. The free website check will tell you where your current site stands.
